Our insurance does
not allow the filling of tanks on site by portable air compressors.
Vintage Divers, you will be required to sign a liability sheet for diving and vintage
diving. We will fill all tanks that are current with visuals and
hydro’s. You must have a log book and certification card.

Prize Notifications
You must be present to win
With each paid admission
you will be given a sheet with two coupons. Coupons are numbered that
are matched to your sheet. Your numbered sheet is verification for each
prize.
Retain your number for prizes
and record dive verification.
Prizes will be
displayed all day on Saturday on a 4x8 sheet of plywood along with
the name and ticket number of the winner.
You must bring your
ticket and show your number to claim your prize.
All prizes will be
picked up in the red and white tent located in the infield.
The only prize
you MUST be present for is the trip for two to Belize.
ALL Saturday prizes
must be claimed by 7:30 p.m. Saturday or they will be kept and put
into Sunday’s drawing.

Any unclaimed prizes will be kept over for Sunday drawings.
The only prize you
MUST be present for is the trip for two to Belize.
Prize Exclusions -
Employees, consultants, and representatives of sponsors, along with
their family members, are not eligible to win prizes. We are grateful to
all sponsors who have helped to make this a successful event.
Record Dive Attempt
- The Record Dive
attempt is scheduled for 5 p.m. on Saturday.
- On paid
admission you will be given a sheet with two coupons.
One
coupon is for the record dive. Please present this coupon before
you enter the water.
Advanced
divers should enter on the West side of the Quarry. Open
water divers will enter at the NE corner (see map at right).
Safety divers
will be stationed at locations of entry.
You must dive
for a minimum of 20 minutes at any depth to qualify as a
diver for the record.
Please have
log book and C-card.

The rooms are under the name Portage Quarry Divers.
The rate includes a very nice continental Breakfast. These are
very nice rooms and there is a free shuttle to and from the Quarry and key spots
in town by the motel.
The hotel is thirty minute's from Toledo Express and 1 hour and a half from
Detroit. The motel is from I-75. Get off at the Bowling Green exit and go east
toward the university. The motel is on the left next to McDonalds.
Additional Parking
- An Additional Parking lot will be provided on Saturday just
north of the Quarry in the John Deere Demonstration field. There
will be a courtesy trailer to transport gear and a walking entrance
that is conveniently located.
- For safety divers will not be allowed to ride on the equipment
trailers.
- Take 75 to Route 6 and travel West. Route 25 is the first exit,
travel south. The John Deere dealership is on the right, with
additional parking in the demonstration field just south of the
dealership.
